Refund Policy
Dolles-Ibachs is the maker of high quality confections with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please call us immediately at 302-227-0757 or by e-mail at sales@dolles-ibachs.com if you have problems with your order. If you ever have a problem with your order, we require you to ship the uneaten portion of your order back to Dolles-Ibachs. If you do not return the uneaten part, you will not get a replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We require you to return the uneaten portion to us C.O.D. for the first return. We will also pay for the shipping charges for the replacement items. After the first return, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges in order to return the items to us as well as for the shipping charges to return the replacement items to the customer.
If the customer does not have the items to return, there will be no replacement or refund. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this rule. After the items are returned to Dolles-Ibachs, we will notify the customer, either by phone or e-mail that we have received your returned items and will then process a replacement or refund. If products are damaged by USPO, we will give you contact information so you may deal directly with them.
