Yes, many of our products share equipment with peanuts, cashew, almonds, pecans. Example: caramel corn with nuts is made in the same kettle with plain caramel corn. Peanut, cashews, turtles are dipped in the same chocolate machine. There is always a possibility of cross-contamination.

Our chocolates and fudge may contain Oreo cookies, graham crackers, and pretzels.  It is possible that our chocolates and fudge are cross-contaminated with gluten. 

There is no gluten in caramel corn or in our taffy.

Yes, we use butter, heavy cream and half and half in our fudge and caramel corn.

Taffy is the only product without dairy in it.

Dolle’s does not use any type of preservatives in its manufactured products. Everything is made to order in small batches. That is why we might not have the product you are looking for.  All our butter, heavy cream and half and half are purchased locally.  We choose the highest quality in our taffy flavorings and other ingredients. We never use substitutes for anything. Quality is what we believe in!

Caramel Corn and Taffy

If the caramel corn and taffy are kept in a sealed container away from heat and moisture, it will last approximately 3 months.

Fudge

Sealed in an airtight container it will last about 1 month before it dries out.

Chocolates

Plain chocolates with no fillings it will last up to 2 years if they are kept away from moisture and kept at temperatures between 68-70 decrees. 

Chocolates with fillings like truffle, creams, jelly, chocolates with nuts or cookies, crackers, pretzels dipped in chocolate it will last up to 6 months if kept in air-tight containers between 68-70 degrees. 

We do not recommend freezing or refrigerating our products as sweating may occur when brought back to room temperature.

We will refund your money back on any product that it is identified as ours if you present a receipt and at least 75% remains.  We will fully reimburse you for any damaged product that we sold to you. We will also exchange any product as long as it has not been opened.  These rules apply to any item that we ship in the state of Delaware.
