Caramel Corn and Taffy
If the caramel corn and taffy are kept in a sealed container away from heat and moisture, it will last approximately 3 months.
Sealed in an airtight container it will last about 1 month before it dries out.
Plain chocolates with no fillings it will last up to 2 years if they are kept away from moisture and kept at temperatures between 68-70 decrees.
Chocolates with fillings like truffle, creams, jelly, chocolates with nuts or cookies, crackers, pretzels dipped in chocolate it will last up to 6 months if kept in air-tight containers between 68-70 degrees.
We do not recommend freezing or refrigerating our products as sweating may occur when brought back to room temperature.
